This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in transforming the front office experience for healthcare providers with an AI-first approach. This critical role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and launching innovative SaaS solutions that streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the patient journey from the very first interaction. You will work closely with customers, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver products that delight users and drive significant value for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with product leadership to define and articulate the product vision and strategy for driving innovation among front office staff within our healthcare SaaS platform. This includes understanding market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Customer & Market Research: Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and aspirations of front office staff (e.g., receptionists, schedulers, billing coordinators) in various healthcare settings.
  • Roadmap Development: Partner with product leadership to define the product roadmap for front office innovations, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Go-to-Market Launch: Own product launch for strategic roadmap priorities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of new features.
  • Maintain domain expertise by gathering user feedback, staying current with industry trends, and market demands to continuously improve the product.
  • Define and prioritize Front-office platform capabilities and integrations based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with third-party service providers to advance the front-office offerings.
  • Monitor and optimize front office performance, usage analytics, and user feedback to refine the offering and user experience.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand their needs and ensure that new products provide real value.
  • Present product updates and vision to internal stakeholders and leadership, aligning on priorities and goals.
  • Support customer-facing teams by providing technical guidance, training, and documentation to assist in product adoption.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product adoption, usage, and marketplace growth.
  • Analyze user engagement and feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Conduct and participate in market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand healthcare industry trends, customer needs, and pain points. Use insights to define product features, functionality, and positioning.

Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare front office operations, including patient registration, scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and administration processes.
  • Proven experience in driving innovation and developing solutions that significantly improve user workflows and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration)
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in healthcare or front office automation
  • A strong network within the healthcare IT or provider community
  • Experience with user experience (UX) research and design principles. Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience working with developers, third-party vendors, and partners
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar
