Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Product Manager to own a sophisticated planning and scheduling product in a high-growth technology environment. The role focuses on turning complex constraints into executable plans and delivering automation across operations, with occasional onsite customer engagements.

You will partner with engineering and design to translate scheduling challenges into scalable capabilities, while maturing the product roadmap to meet customer needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in a technically complex environment.
• Experience with scheduling, optimisation, or autonomous operational systems.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, logistics, or aerospace.
• Ability to mature or scale an established product.
• Strong customer discovery and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a sophisticated planning and scheduling product.
• Develop a deep understanding of how users schedule activities across limited resources and constraints.
• Identify opportunities to automate decision-making and workflows.
• Incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap while guarding strategic focus.
