Job summary
Plug is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Commercial to own the partner platform for OEM and commercial partners. You will work closely with engineering to build a scalable, end-to-end platform and APIs that connect to partner systems, guiding the product from conception to delivery.
You will lead a senior, autonomous team, interact with enterprise customers, and drive outcomes aligned with business goals in a fast-paced EV marketplace.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management leading B2B SaaS with enterprise customers.
- Experience coordinating across external partners and internal teams (sales, operations, engineering).
- Ability to design and expose internal APIs to external partners.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities
- Own the full OEM and commercial partner platform.
- Design and own the APIs that connect Plug into partner systems.
- Lead the migration of partners from manual processes to scalable software.
- Own end-to-end experience for high-value partner relationships.
- Collaborate across sales, operations, and engineering to reflect partner needs and business goals.
- Build usable, reliable B2B SaaS that enterprise partners depend on.
