Job summary

RainFocus is seeking a Product Manager focused on integrations to help expand our platform’s interoperability with third-party services. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and partner CS teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver seamless API integrations that our customers will love.

This role favors a detail-oriented, fast-moving candidate who can manage a product backlog, write clear user stories, and contribute to go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude — able to quickly learn complex software systems.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather requirements.
• Proven ability to identify product gaps and deliver data-informed recommendations.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently while collaborating across teams.
• Experience in a SaaS environment; Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the API integrations roadmap by synthesizing market research, competitive analysis, internal and external customer feedback, and business priorities.
• Own API integrations strategy end‑to‑end: gather and document custom requirements, author user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain comprehensive technical specifications and documentation.
• Take on the role of product owner for the team — manage the backlog, plan sprints, and drive execution in an agile environment.
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, UX, CS, and partner teams to ensure smooth integrations development, communication, and launch.
• Monitor integrations performance and usage metrics; identify improvement opportunities and drive resolution of issues and bugs.
• Partner with product marketing to plan and execute go‑to‑market for new integrations and features.
