Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager for the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insight-generation capabilities—for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad.

You will own the day-to-day product build end-to-end, while managing ad hoc requests from business stakeholders. Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design to ship features and prioritize the queue with leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functional work with Data Science or Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements.
• 2+ years stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years experience with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years managing an intake or prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the UM analytic product roadmap and backlog from requirements to launch.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard design.
• Support engineering and data science through clarification and planning.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product metrics and adoption; drive improvements.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to leadership.
