Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) Product function and seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insight-generation capabilities—for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad.

The role owns the day-to-day build of analytics products end to end, while also managing intake and delivery of ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functional work with Data Science/Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years' experience building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years' experience managing an intake/request queue or similar prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools), from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests, balancing them against roadmap commitments.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and dashboard/report design.
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies (planning, backlog grooming, standups) and champion best practices.
