Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager within Analytics & Behavior Change to lead internal analytics products for the Utilization Management squad. You will own dashboards, reporting tools, and insight generation from requirements through launch, collaborating with data science, engineering, and design.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functional work with Data Science/Engineering.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements.
• 2+ years stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboards.
• 1+ years managing an intake queue or similar workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for internal UM analytics product from requirements to launch.
• Triage and prioritize ad hoc analytics requests against the roadmap.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to clarify needs.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard designs.
• Support engineering and data science with context and ceremonies.
• Run Agile ceremonies and promote best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics for prioritization.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to leadership.
