Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to lead analytics product development for the Utilization Management analytics squad. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards, reports, and insight tools, while coordinating ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders.

You will partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to ship features, drive user research, and translate business questions into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools), from requirements through launch and iteration
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests, balancing them against roadmap commitments
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and dashboard/report design
• Support engineering and data science through requirement clarification, sprint ceremonies, and grounding the team in user context
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies (planning, backlog grooming, standups) and champion best practices
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics; use them to prioritize improvements
• Communicate product status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to stakeholders and leadership
