Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization and seeks a Product Manager to build internal analytics products for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad. You will own dashboards, reporting tools, and insight generation from requirements through launch, collaborating with data science, engineering, and design to ship features.

You will manage ad hoc analytics requests, conduct user research, write specs, and lead agile ceremonies to keep the backlog prioritized

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years working cross-functionally with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years' experience building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years' experience managing an intake/request queue or similar prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools).
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate business questions into requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and dashboard/report design.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics; use them to prioritize improvements.
