Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insight generation—for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad.

You will own the day‑to‑day build end to end and manage ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders, collaborating with data science, engineering and design to ship features and prioritize work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years working cross-functionally with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years managing an intake queue or similar prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product from requirements through launch.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of analytics requests alongside roadmap.
• Conduct user research and SME interviews to translate questions into requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard design.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product/adoption metrics to guide improvements.
