Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to own internal analytics products for the Utilization Management analytics squad. You will lead the roadmap, manage ad hoc requests, and partner with data science, engineering, and design to ship dashboards and insights.

You will translate business questions into requirements, write stories for data teams, and drive user research, testing, and prioritization while coordinating with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management
• 2+ years cross-functional with Data Science/Engineering
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements
• 2+ years stakeholder management
• 2+ years Agile methodologies
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboards
• 1+ years managing an intake/priority queue

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog for internal UM analytic product from requirements to launch.
• Triage and prioritize ad hoc analytics requests against roadmap.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, SME interviews to clarify business questions.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard design.
• Support engineering and data science through requirement clarification and rituals.
• Lead day-to-day Agile ceremonies and promote best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics.
• Communicate status and roadmap changes to leadership.
