Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insight-generation capabilities—for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad. You will own the day-to-day build of analytics products end to end and manage ad hoc requests from business stakeholders.

You'll collaborate with data science, engineering, and design to ship features and keep priorities clear, while leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring user context guides the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functional with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years' experience building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years' experience managing an intake/priority queue.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate questions into requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard/report design.
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies and govern best practices.
