Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to build and scale internal analytics products, dashboards, and reporting tools for the Utilization Management analytics squad. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, manage ad hoc requests, and collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams.

You’ll drive user research, write specs, and help prioritize the analytics backlog while working in a hybrid setup with some NYC presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Experience prioritizing analytics requests with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the internal UM analytic product from requirement to launch.
• Manage intake and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests against roadmap.
• Translate ambiguous questions into clear requirements via user research and SME interviews.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science/engineering.
• Collaborate with UX designers on dashboard/report design and flows.
• Run agile ceremonies and monitor adoption metrics.
