Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad. You will own dashboards, reporting tools, and insight generation while managing ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders.

Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design to ship features and prioritize the queue. The role supports a full-time schedule, with remote or hybrid options (1 day in NYC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and quantitative background required.
• Experience building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytics product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools).
• Manage intake and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements via user research and SME interviews.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX, dashboards, and report design.
• Run Agile ceremonies and coordinate dependencies across squads.
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics to guide improvements.
