Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products such as dashboards and reporting tools within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization. You will own the day-to-day product build end-to-end and manage ad hoc requests from business stakeholders.

You will partner with data science, engineering and design to ship features, conduct user research, and drive adoption metrics. This full-time role offers remote/hybrid work with NYC coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years cross-functionally with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years managing an intake/request queue or similar prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests, balancing them against roadmap commitments.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and dashboard/report design.
• Support engineering and data science through requirement clarification and grounding the team in user context.
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies and champion best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics; use them to prioritize improvements.
• Communicate product status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to stakeholders and leadership.
