Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products for the Utilization Management Analytics Squad. You will own end-to-end development from requirements to launch while prioritizing ad hoc requests with business stakeholders.

You will partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to ship features, conduct user research, and track adoption metrics. A hybrid/remote work option is available for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 2+ years working cross-functionally with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements in ambiguous processes.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years' experience building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years' experience managing an intake/request queue or similar prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools).
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate questions into requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows and dashboard/report design.
• Support engineering and data science through requirement clarification and sprint ceremonies.
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies and champion best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product metrics and adoption; use insights to prioritize improvements.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to leadership.
