Job summary

RhythmScience Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager to own and ship our agentic voice care platform. You will work with clinicians, ops, compliance, and engineering to translate workflows into concrete requirements and a prioritized roadmap, driving patient-centered outcomes.

As the first PM and FDE, you’ll shadow clinics, embed in workflows, and ensure safe, scalable delivery while shaping the product strategy for tens of thousands of patients.

Qualifications

• Shipped a production LLM/voice or real-time conversational system end-to-end.
• Strong hands-on engineering and product judgment with customer exposure.
• Experience with user discovery involving clinicians and ops teams.
• Data-driven prioritization with clear PRDs and decision docs.
• Comfort working in regulated/high-stakes environments prioritizing safety.
• Bias to deploy over planning and long-term delays.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical/ops workflows into crisp product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own the roadmap, make trade-off calls, and defend what ships now vs. later.
• Define success metrics (latency, containment, escalation) and instrument data.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across clinical ops, compliance, eng, and sales.
• Launch to clinics, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
