Job summary

Vapi is hiring a Product Manager in San Francisco to scale our Agent Platform. You will own how customers create, configure, and manage voice agents, and drive integrations that expand what agents can do on calls.

You’ll run the full model lifecycle—from evaluation and onboarding to deprecation—ensuring fast, reliable updates and measurable performance. A strong product mindset and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a PM building and operating technical products at scale.
• Strong ability to reason through system design and architecture trade-offs with engineers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engineering teams, executives, and external partners.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes rather than process.
• Genuine customer-centric mindset with enterprise/B2B product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own how customers create, configure, and manage voice agents on Vapi.
• Drive integrations and tools that agents can call to expand capabilities on calls.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of every model, from evaluation to deprecation.
• Build processes to keep the platform at the frontier with rapid, reliable updates.
• Define model performance measurements based on evidence.
• Lead experimentation and research to translate techniques into features.
• Tackle the complex configuration space to make powerful capabilities feel simple.
