• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Ability to accommodate flexible working hours for US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Frame the problem: articulate it clearly for a diverse, global team.
• Shape the roadmap: prioritize work and draft PRDs with stakeholders.
• Navigate complex stakeholder maps across brands, functions, and time zones.
• Hands-on execution: use experiments and data to unblock engineering and move projects forward.
