Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on Backend, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Strong understanding of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OS) and distributed system design.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, C#) and a polyglot mindset.
• Strong interest in how ML models are built and deployed in production environments.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to boost productivity.
• Professional working proficiency in English for business interactions.
• Fluent in Korean; essential for collaboration with the Seoul office.

Responsabilidades

• Build ML services: design and develop backend services and distributed systems for ML models.
• Build ML pipelines: create real-time and batch serving pipelines with low latency and high reliability.
• Improve recommendation system: enhance AI-powered personalized matching across Match Group apps.
• Co-engineer with brands: collaborate with Tinder, Hinge, Match, Azar, Pairs across multiple offices.
