Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Deep technical fluency with LLMs, NLP, and data clustering.

Responsibilities

• Define 6–12 month strategy for the core insights platform.
• Design and execute the AI feature roadmap leveraging LLMs.
• Build datasets, labeling frameworks, and metrics for AI performance.
• Engage with senior enterprise stakeholders to align workflows with insights.
• Translate ambiguous problems into concrete technical plans with engineering.
• Identify opportunities to expand the platform into adjacent areas.
