Match Group AI is seeking a senior ML engineer to own end-to-end machine learning projects across the Match Group ecosystem. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams worldwide to translate broad business goals into concrete ML problems, design models and data pipelines, and drive measurable improvements.

You will work across domains such as Recommendation, Trust & Safety, and Profile Enhancement, leveraging Python and ML frameworks to build scalable solutions and evaluate

• Track record of leading a complex ML project from goal to measurable outcome.
• Broad knowledge across AI/ML domains with deep expertise in at least one area.
• Translate business goals into ML problems that are solvable and measurable.
• Able to analyze data to shape problem framing and approach.
• Experience designing and evaluating training, validation, and serving systems.
