Job summary

Hashlist is seeking a Product Manager – AI Solutions Program in Auburn Hills, USA. You will work at the intersection of AI technology and large-scale engineering to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-based solutions across a global product development organization.

You will research opportunities, capture requirements into PRDs, and lead a cross-functional team including an Architect and a PM, driving end-to-end delivery of AI projects across multiple domains.

• Location: Auburn Hills, USA

Responsibilities

• Research problems and opportunities across the product development organization where AI could add value
• Receive, document, and prioritize requests for AI-based solutions across a portfolio of domains
• Capture prioritized projects into structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including problem statements, success metrics, personas, use cases, and non-functional requirements
• Lead a cross-functional team consisting of a Solution Architect and a Project Manager
• Start up projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and contributing teams
• Manage and be accountable for a portfolio of AI projects spanning multiple related domains
• Act as primary representative of the portfolio to the Program Director, communicating progress and escalating issues
• Contribute to team strategy, planning, and process improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a product management or similar role
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects end-to-end
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt style to diverse audiences
• Ability to translate vague requirements into measurable success metrics
• Ability to understand complex technical systems at a high level
• Functional understanding of AI/ML and software engineering concepts
