Job summary

Hashlist is seeking a Product Manager – AI Solutions Program in Auburn Hills, USA. You will work at the intersection of AI technology and large-scale engineering to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-based solutions across a global product development organization.

You will research opportunities, capture requirements into PRDs, and lead a cross-functional team including an Architect and a PM, driving end-to-end delivery of AI projects across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management or similar role.
• Proven end-to-end project leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adapt to audiences.
• Translate vague requirements into measurable metrics.
• Understand complex technical systems at a high level.
• AI/ML and software engineering concepts familiarity.
• Bonus: hands-on ML/AI or data-driven experience.
• Bonus: engineering/science/business degree.
• Bonus: experience with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Research problems and opportunities where AI could add value.
• Receive, document, and prioritize AI solution requests across domains.
• Capture projects into PRDs with statements, metrics, personas, and use cases.
• Lead a cross-functional team including a Solution Architect and PM.
• Initiate projects by engaging stakeholders and teams.
• Manage a portfolio of AI projects across domains.
• Represent the portfolio to the Program Director; report progress and escalate issues.
• Contribute to team strategy, planning, and process improvement.
