Job summary

Profound is seeking a Product Manager to own the AI-native content management system that powers our marketing platform. You will shape vision, coordinate with customers, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through release.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years building software products in fast-moving environments, with a strong grasp of content workflows and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shipping high-impact AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software products at startups or fast-moving companies.
• Deep understanding of content workflows: creation, review, approval, publication at scale.
• Strong product fundamentals; ability to take a project from zero to one.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and ship.
• Willingness to write specs, join customer calls, and diagnose broken workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for Profound's AI-native CMS.
• Own content creation, staging, review, and publishing from draft to live.
• Engage with customers to map their content workflows to product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship a high bar for AI-native tooling.
• Conduct ongoing discovery, gather feedback, and validate what you build.
