The Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for Profound's AI-native CMS, built for how agents and humans collaborate.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building excellent software products.
Deep understanding of content workflows at scale (creation, review, publish).
Strong product fundamentals and ability to take a project from zero to one.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and ship.
Willing to roll up sleeves: write specs, talk to customers, fix workflows.
Experience with agentic or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Define the vision and roadmap for Profound's AI-native CMS.
Own content creation, staging, review and publishing from draft to live.
Work with customers to map how their workflows operate and translate to product decisions.
Partner with engineering and design to ship a CMS that sets a new standard.
Be in front of customers daily for discovery, feedback, and validation.
