Job summary

Profound, a marketing platform for AI search, is seeking a Product Designer to own core data visualization and content workflow tools. You’ll ship fast, craft intuitive experiences, and influence design direction across product systems.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to turn strategy into concrete, high-quality designs, prototyping in code and shipping to production. This on-site role offers meaningful impact and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products at a startup or fast-moving company.
• Strong craft with clarity, simplicity, and execution.
• Experience with data visualization or B2B marketing products.
• Able to prototype directly in code and ship to production using git and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Design core product experiences end-to-end from exploration to launch.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate strategy into solutions.
• Explore multiple design directions via sketches, flows, and prototypes.
• Fine-tune layout, typography, spacing, motion, and interactions.
• Balance user needs, tech constraints, and business goals with high craft.
• Use user feedback and insights to refine the product over time.
• Help evolve Profound’s design language, systems, and vision.
• Participate in design critiques to receive and provide feedback.
