• 5+ years of experience in B2B product management.
• 3+ years of domain experience in energy-related fields.
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Proven track record of building and launching early-stage software products.
• Strong curiosity, structured problem-solving, and bias for action to simplify complexity.
• High bar for craftsmanship and care for quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex concepts.
