You will build high-performing teams, guide architecture for reliability and security, partner with product and data science, and mentor engineers to deliver impact across Google's energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering with a focus on distributed systems, backend infrastructure, and enterprise apps.
• Proven track record in formal people management or high-impact technical leadership roles.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into concrete roadmaps for teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional partners.
