Job summary

Infilla is seeking a Product Manager to deepen Forum and Calculator into daily-use, configurable tools, enabling local governments to review projects faster and more transparently without engineers. You will own end-to-end features, drive adoption, and collaborate across design and engineering to ship impactful AI-enabled improvements.

The role combines product leadership with hands-on execution in a hybrid San Francisco setting, offering meaningful equity, healthcare, 401K, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Prioritize ruthlessly and cut scope by field research and product analytics.
• Own end-to-end features from spec to trained users, including training and adoption after launch.
• Collaborate with design and engineering and align with stakeholders to extract real needs.

Responsibilities

• Instrument and baseline success for Forum and Calculator and set targets.
• Make Forum a staff-friendly tool available on most working days with strong search results.
• Configure core products so new jurisdictions can go live without writing code.
