Flatiron Health in New York is seeking a Product Manager to own data generation infrastructure powering our real-world data products. You’ll partner with data curation and core product teams to define data quality needs and drive a roadmap that balances ambition with reliable operations.

You’ll lead multi-team collaboration, design AI-forward QA, and push for scalable pipelines while ensuring excellent user experiences and measurable impact on cancer research and patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software, SaaS, or healthcare tech.
• Experience leading complex data-oriented projects.
• BA/BS degree in business, tech, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own data generation mechanisms powering our data products.
• Partner with data curation and product teams to set data quality requirements.
• Manage global roadmap for data generation infrastructure.
• Champion seamless UX during multi-phase migrations of new tools.
• Define and execute AI-forward QA strategy for datasets.
• Foster collaboration across upstream RWE teams.
• Evaluate new tooling to speed, quality, and scale data pipelines.
• Measure impact and report metrics to leadership.
