Job summary

Flatiron Health is seeking a Product Manager to shape the evolution of oncology workflow products used by clinicians for cancer care. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver safe, data-driven solutions across diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, ordering, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven product management experience independently scoping requirements and leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Strong technical curiosity and aptitude for AI/ML capabilities to solve data and workflow challenges.
• Keen UX sensibility with ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Own the product lifecycle for user-facing applications supporting clinical oncology workflows from concept through launch and iteration.
• Lead the design, development, and rollout of data-driven products that streamline clinical operations and ensure safe care delivery.
• Drive product discovery through stakeholder partnerships, user research, and data/clinical insights to inform priorities and roadmaps.
• Evaluate, prototype, and ship new capabilities, exploring AI and intelligent workflows to reduce cognitive burden and improve efficiency.
• Translate clinical context, constraints, and business goals into clear product requirements and strategic tradeoffs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to safety, regulatory, and compliance standards with intuitive UX for care teams.
• Establish KPIs for workflow efficiency, usability, and adoption; monitor outcomes and drive accountability.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders including internal teams, customers, and partners.
