Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Irvine, CA is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for an Intelligent Network Operations Control Tower platform. You will define EPICs, manage backlogs, and work within a SAFe Release Train to deliver incremental value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a product management or product owner role for a B2B software/SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience delivering software in a SAFe or scaled agile environment (PI planning, user stories, backlog management).
• Working knowledge of MRO and network operations—maintenance planning, scheduling, incident management or operations control.
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA) and compliance concepts (ADs, SBs, traceability).
• Comfort partnering with data science on AI/ML and optimization features; data-driven prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the Control Tower platform across planning, incident management and reporting.
• Define and prioritize Priority EPICs and features; own backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Operate within a SAFe Release Train; participate in PI planning and deliver incremental value.
• Collaborate with data science to shape optimization/ML-driven scheduling and predictive maintenance.
• Translate maintenance and network-operations workflows into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Track KPIs such as turnaround time, uptime, SLA compliance and CSAT; use analytics to steer the roadmap.
• Coordinate across internal teams and customers to communicate progress and manage expectations.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
