Job summary

Capgemini Irvine is seeking a Product Manager for Intelligent Network Operations Control Tower. You will own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap, coordinating with data science, engineering and UX in a SAFe setting to deliver AI/ML-driven scheduling, incident management and reporting.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, strong stakeholder leadership, and familiarity with aviation safety standards. Capgemini offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in product management or product owner for B2B software/SaaS.
Hands-on experience delivering software in SAFe or scaled Agile environments (PI planning, backlog management).
Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA/FAA) and compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

Own vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the Control Tower platform across capability pillars.
Define and prioritize EPICs and features; groom backlog with value, effort and compliance.
Work within SAFe Agile Release Train; write user stories and acceptance criteria with engineers.
Collaborate with data science on AI/ML capabilities and data requirements.
Ensure alignment with airworthiness and regulatory frameworks.
