Job summary

Fides Technology GmbH is seeking a Product Manager to shape and scale our governance platform across EMEA, Japan, and the US. You will own opportunities from discovery to launch, turning complex legal workflows into intuitive experiences and collaborating with engineering to balance customer value and business impact.

This role welcomes PMs from legal backgrounds transitioning into product management, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech or similar.
Lawyer background with motivation to move into product is acceptable.
Hands-on with AI: used AI tools or experimented with LLMs.
Proactive, can turn ambiguous problems into concrete steps.
Strong analytical judgment to balance priorities and decisions.
Clear communication and collaboration with engineering and cross‑functional teams.
Customer focus and commercial awareness; ability to measure impact with product decisions.

Responsibilities

Own product initiatives from discovery to launch: speak with customers, define solutions, drive delivery and adoption.
Translate legal and business needs into clear requirements for engineering.
Shape and prioritize the roadmap with the Head of Product, balancing value, impact and effort.
Explore AI applications, test ideas, evaluate usefulness and reliability.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on insights, launches and adoption.
Learn from results and iterate on improvements.
