Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks an Associate Product Manager to shape AI tool features and platform initiatives. You’ll work with Senior PMs, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to transform legal workflows and real-time AI insights into practical product capabilities.

Join a team delivering automated deposition summaries, context-driven workflows, and backlog-driven development. Travel to Salt Lake City HQ may be required; 3–5 years in SaaS product roles and Jira proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software product management or closely related roles in SaaS.
• B.S. or M.S. in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in legal tech, generative AI, or complex workflow automation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate needs into documentation.
• Willingness to travel periodically for team alignment in Salt Lake City HQ.

Responsibilities

• Write clear user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven features.
• Develop LOIS-powered capabilities like automated deposition summaries and real-time analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to translate customer needs into software solutions.
• Slice stories into incremental deliverables and maintain an organized sprint backlog.
• Participate in customer calls, collect feedback, and analyze usage data.
• Assist with UAT and ensure features meet quality standards before release.
• Support GTM and enablement with release notes, docs, guides, and training.
• Act as internal SME for assigned features and communicate upcoming changes.
