Fides is seeking a Product Manager to shape and scale our AI-powered governance platform across US, EMEA, and beyond. You will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to transform complex legal workflows into clear, valuable features.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B SaaS product management or legal tech, with hands-on AI exposure, strong analytical judgment, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex workflows.
• Experience or interest in legal tech or governance-related domains.
• Practical exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Hands-on approach: take initiative and turn ambiguity into concrete steps.
• Strong analytical judgment to break down complex requirements and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate with engineering and stakeholders.
• Customer focus with understanding of business impact of product decisions.
• Experience with prototyping, workflow automation, or AI-powered features is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own product initiatives from discovery to launch, including customer interviews and defining solutions.
• Turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences in collaboration with engineering.
• Contribute to product strategy and prioritization with the Head of Product.
• Explore AI applications, test ideas, and evaluate usefulness and reliability of solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on insights, positioning, and adoption.
• Learn from results using customer feedback and product data to decide next steps.
• Help develop scalable product practices for an international business.
