Job summary

Motion Recruitment is assisting a rapidly growing AI technology company in New York City to hire a Founding Product Manager. This role leads a major product vertical, guiding strategy, roadmap, and delivery from concept to launch in a high-growth, early-stage environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams, while engaging with General Counsels and end users to define workflows and opportunities for impact.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in early-stage startup environment
• Track record shipping 0-to-1 products
• Ability to define product strategy and roadmaps
• Strong collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Customer empathy and communication skills
• Autonomy and ability to handle ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a major vertical, prioritizing initiatives based on impact
• Set feature timelines and manage scope, dependencies, and risks
• Shape broader product roadmap and operating model with the leadership team
• Define meaningful product metrics and measure AI-powered performance
• Spend time with General Counsels and end users to understand workflows
• Lead products from discovery through launch, iteration, and deployment
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams for alignment
• Contribute to enterprise deployments and integrations as needed
