Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Product Manager 2, Insights Delivery Merchandising to own the Insights Delivery Merchandising roadmap, collaborating with Platform, AI and Data teams to enable reliable data and BI for merchandising leadership.

You will balance customer impact and technical complexity, write user stories, drive data-driven decisions, and work with engineering, UX, and analytics to deliver measurable business value in a cloud-based data platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, technology, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts and influencing stakeholders to align on product strategy and roadmap decisions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across business, technology, UX, and data science teams to deliver impactful features
• Write complete user stories and acceptance criteria for data platform features
• Balance customer value with technical effort and complexity in prioritization
• Develop measurement plans and run experiments to validate product decisions
• Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to drive business value from data platform features
• Design testing strategies and measure impact of AI-driven insights and automation
