Job summary

Nordstrom Seattle is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Product Management team. You will drive product evolution through data analysis, requirements definition, testing, and feature delivery support across Retail Hub and Vendor/Partner Management.

This hybrid role requires onsite at the Nordstrom Seattle office a minimum of 4 days per week; you will build dashboards, partner with stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights to improve product performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.
• Experience building reporting and dashboards for end users strongly preferred.
• Experience in Retail Planning, Inventory Optimization, or Retail Inventory Management preferred.
• Data querying, analysis, and visualization skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional expertise across Retail Hub and Vendor/Partner Management domains.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to gather business requirements and use cases, translating them into functional specifications.
• Partner with product managers and business leaders to establish key metrics or success measures and to promote standard work and data governance.
• Design and build reporting tools and dashboards for end users, turning raw data into clear, actionable views for non-technical stakeholders.
• Co-design, document, and analyze existing or proposed processes, systems, and/or data concepts.
• Lead test script development, test planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct data-driven analyses, and create and use reporting tools to provide actionable insights into system and business health.
• Update stakeholders and project teams on progress, issues, and risks before, during, and after development and implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide post-deployment issue management and support.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions.
