Job summary

QuinStreet is seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate the roadmap for our Appointments product — the experience that lets homeowners book appointments directly with home services contractors across our client base. You’ll shape the capabilities, reach, and impact of appointment solutions for both our homeowner (B2C) and contractor (B2B) audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Roadmap-building expertise with clear priorities.
• Ability to design, run, and analyze A/B tests.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
• Proven in agile environments and fast-paced teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for product validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Appointment product roadmap with KPI-driven priorities.
• Lead new product rollouts from discovery through deployment.
• Draft PRDs and translate requirements for engineering teams.
• Drive adoption by removing friction in user workflows and talking to clients.
• Optimize features for usability, conversion, and client adoption.
• Design and analyze rigorous experiments to inform decisions.
