Job summary

QuinStreet is seeking an experienced Product Manager to modernize the 360Finance platform for contractor and lender interactions. You will own the contractor-experience roadmap, drive KPI-driven priorities, and collaborate with product, engineering, design, and account management to ship high-quality improvements.

You will apply data-driven decision making, run AI-powered experimentation, and build analytics dashboards to inform strategy and demonstrate impact across the contractor base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience across multiple products.
• Strong UX improvements by diagnosing root causes and shipping fixes.
• Roadmap-building expertise turning ambiguous problems into clear priorities.
• Fluency in competitive and market research for consumer and business needs.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing data-driven experiments (A/B tests).

Responsibilities

• Build and own the contractor-experience roadmap for 360Finance with KPI-driven priorities.
• Lead initiatives across the contractor journey from onboarding to financing and document signing.
• Craft clear PRDs with requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical needs for engineering.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and account management to ship improvements.
• Design and run rigorous A/B tests and analyze results to guide decisions.
• Maintain ship-and-learn mentality prioritizing speed and quality in experiments.
• Leverage Heap dashboards to monitor product performance and impact.
