MailerLite seeks a Head of Product to shape the future of its SaaS email marketing platform for a global audience. You will own product strategy, drive AI-driven innovations, and lead cross-functional teams to boost growth and retention.

You will lead discovery, define success metrics, and translate customer needs into roadmaps while working in a remote-first, international team. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in a SaaS-focused company with growth and optimization.
• Experience with AI-powered features and integrating AI into product development.
• Ability to connect business goals with product and technical considerations.
• Strong analytical skills using data and AI insights to drive improvements.
• End-to-end ownership and self-direction in the development process.

Responsibilities

• Create strategy and roadmap for a customer journey segment, leveraging AI to enhance success.
• Define, analyze, and optimize metrics to grow MailerLite and report progress.
• Apply product management best practices including discovery, data insights, and AI opportunities.
• Deeply understand user needs via research and translate insights into actionable requirements.
• Focus on business outcomes like engagement, revenue, and churn reduction beyond features.
• Collaborate with customers, development, design, SRE, support, and marketing to launch impactful features.
