Just Appraised is hiring a Product Engineer to help shape AI-powered workflows and scalable, user-centric software. You’ll own features end-to-end across the stack, partner with customers and internal teams, and help define what we build to deliver impact quickly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with product ownership.
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders to identify product vision.
• Strong full-stack development with modern web technologies.
• Experience operating in startup or growth-stage environments with high ownership.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and internal tooling.
• Define product features with customers and stakeholders and prototype solutions end to end.
• Talk directly with users and government stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
• Own projects from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Design scalable systems, APIs, workflows, and data models.
• Rapidly prototype AI-enabled features and operational tooling.
• Improve developer experience, product reliability, and system performance.
