Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a senior product leader to own the vision and strategy for its Agentic Modernization platform in the enterprise software space. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle, prioritize features, and coordinate across AI engineers, platform teams, and clients to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires steering platform adoption, ensuring governance and security, and mentoring junior managers.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of platform or product strategy.
Experience defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise software or AI/platform products.
Strong stakeholder management across engineering, delivery, client/account teams, and partners.
Experience prioritizing competing requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
Knowledge of AI/agentic technology concepts, including agent orchestration, deployment, and governance.
Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and compliance practices.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience owning backlogs, release planning, and lifecycle management in an agile environment.
Understanding of cloud providers, LLM providers, Broadcom, NVIDIA, and the AI market.
Ability to identify differentiated, scalable market features.
Ability to demonstrate platforms to cloud and LLM providers, executives, and clients.
Experience with enterprise modernization initiatives spanning applications, cloud, mainframe, or network and edge domains preferred.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder platform programs at enterprise scale preferred.
Background working with cross-functional AI, engineering, and consulting organizations preferred.
Track record of driving platform adoption and measurable business outcomes preferred.
Minimum 25% travel required

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the platform.
Define platform capabilities that transform legacy processes into AI-powered experiences.
Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, developers, consultants, architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, cloud architects, and modernization specialists.
Own backlogs, release planning, feature prioritization, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
Drive platform adoption through rapid creation, deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and governance of AI agents.
Establish and track modernization, adoption, deployment velocity, productivity, customer satisfaction, and business value metrics.
Embed enterprise-grade security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the platform lifecycle.
Liaise between the platform team and solution engineering, client/account teams, partners, and delivery teams.
Mentor and provide direction to junior product management resources.
Support client engagements, partner meetings, and cross-team collaboration through at least 25% travel
