Qualifications

• 0–3 years of product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of software product development and agile delivery practices.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with backlog management experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, or agentic technology concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Kyndryl's Agentic Modernization platform under senior guidance.
• Identify platform capabilities to transform legacy processes into AI-powered experiences.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, developers, architects, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, and modernization specialists on features.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog and support release planning and prioritization.
