Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a product management professional to support the Agentic Modernization platform, working under senior PM guidance to shape the roadmap and collaborate with AI engineers and modernization specialists.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in product management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and comfort with Jira/Aha!/Azure DevOps. Willingness to travel and to engage with cloud/AI ecosystems is expected.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of software product development and agile delivery practices.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage backlog items and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
• Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, or agentic technology concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of cloud providers, LLM providers, Broadcom, NVIDIA, and the AI market.
• Ability to identify differentiated, scalable features the market needs.
• Ability to demonstrate the platform to cloud and LLM providers, internal executives, and clients.
• Ability to gather feedback, build and manage the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering.
• Exposure to enterprise modernization concepts preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, or Azure DevOps preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in technology product management preferred.
• Coursework, certification, or hands-on exposure to AI/agentic platforms preferred.
• Minimum 25% travel required.
• May be required to show proof of vaccination when working at certain client locations

Responsibilities

• Support the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Kyndryl's Agentic Modernization platform.
• Support definition and execution of the product roadmap under senior product management guidance.
• Identify platform capabilities for transforming legacy business processes into AI-powered agentic experiences.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, developers, consultants, architects, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, and modernization specialists on features and enhancements.
• Maintain and groom assigned product backlog items.
• Support release planning and feature prioritization.
• Document and communicate platform capabilities for deploying and governing AI agents.
• Track platform adoption, agent deployment activity, and customer feedback.
• Help ensure security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Triage and route requests from solution engineering, client and account teams, partners, and other extended teams.
