Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Agentic Modernization platform—helping define the roadmap, gather requirements, and coordinate with AI engineers and platform teams. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience alongside senior PMs, with emphasis on backlog grooming, release planning, and secure, scalable platform development.

Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of software product development and agile delivery practices.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage backlog items and documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, or agentic technology concepts.

Responsibilities

Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap for Kyndryl's Agentic Modernization platform, under the guidance of senior product management.
Help identify platform capabilities that support the transformation of legacy business processes, applications, and workflows into AI-powered agentic experiences.
Gather and document requirements from customers, developers, consultants, architects, and delivery teams.
Coordinate with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, and modernization specialists on specific features and enhancements.
Maintain and groom assigned portions of the product backlog, and support release planning and feature prioritization.
