Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a senior Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Agentic Modernization platform. This role enables enterprises to modernize applications, processes, and workflows through AI agents and agentic workflows.

You will bridge customer needs, business objectives, and AI capabilities, lead cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, drive adoption, and mentor junior PMs with a strong emphasis on security and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven 8+ years in product management with end-to-end platform ownership.
• Experience defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise software or AI products.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, delivery, client/account teams, and partners.
• Experience prioritizing competing requirements across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform.
• Identify capabilities to transform legacy processes into AI-powered experiences.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, cloud architects, and modernization specialists to deliver platform capabilities and enhancements.
• Own backlogs, release planning, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Drive platform adoption through rapid creation, deployment, orchestration, and governance of AI agents.
• Establish and track success metrics including modernization outcomes and platform adoption.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Serve as liaison between platform team and extended teams; filter requests.
• Mentor junior product management resources.
