You will shape the product vision, engage stakeholders, mentor other managers, and help create a high-performing culture across technology teams. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing 1 or more products.
• Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and decision-making in a product environment.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and competing priorities.
• Experience with stakeholders and relationship management in product environments.
• Experience influencing and negotiating in a product environment.
• Experience using customer/user/partner data to inform decisions.
• 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Discovery & Insights through experimentation, analytics, and user research.
• Own Product Strategy by developing vision, strategy, and roadmap with technical/delivery leads.
• Measure & Optimize product performance with data-driven decisions.
